How do I become a member with PVA?

You must be invited to join PVA.  We strive to keep this as private as possible and you should only invite those you believe have the same high standards and attitudes as yourself.  We value a higher-class and qualified membership here at PVA.  Therefore, we do a have fee to become a member and fully access all products & services: $199 USD (Total initial fee which includes the first months dues of $35 is $234 USD) and $35 USD per month ongoing.  To join, simply click on your sponsor’s referral link and follow the simple steps by clicking "Join Now".  You will need a verified Alertpay (www.alertpay.com) or SolidTrustPay (www.solidtrustpay.com) account in order to get started.

Due to the inability of the system to distinguish between not-cc and cc (credit card) use, initial funding will take into consideration the fees for a credit card but will refund them back to your PVA account if you do not use a credit card.

Including credit card fees, the funding for...

1 month - initial Alertpay funding: $252 USD

3 months - initial Alertpay funding: $327 USD

Monthly Dues: $39

Current Alertpay Transaction Fees:

Non Credit Card: 2.5% + 0.25

Credit Card: 7.3% + 0.25

The following does NOT include STP credit card fees for funding/loading your STP account.  Those may vary and can be found here: http://www.solidtrustpay.com/fees.php

When funding your PVA Wallet with STP, here is the total amount in your STP account needed for...

1 month - initial SolidTrustPay funding: $241

3 months - initial SolidTrustPay funding: $312 USD

Monthly Dues: $37

Current SolidTrustPay Business Transaction Fees: 2.5% + 0.30

It is suggested that you initially fund enough for 3 months of your subscription so there is no worry about becoming inactive.  Going forward, funding your account 3 months at a time is more convenient than monthly.  Initial subscriptions may also be paid with earned commissions.  As a new FREE member, when you sponsor 2 new active members, you will immediately become active as well.  Monthly subscriptions can be paid with commissions/residuals and/or PVA Wallet deposits going forward.

Why does PVA have a $35 Monthly Dues?

PVA takes its committment to you and your wealth very seriously.  If you are involved with any PVA program, it is required that you pay your $35 monthly dues or risk discontinuance of your participation.  If you become inactive, you will not be able to join any current or new program that may be available.

If you are inactive during the month-end compression of the PVA Matrix, you will also be removed from the Matrix, losing your position and any sponsored members.  Should you decide to rejoin PVA as an active member in the future, you will be placed at the bottom of the Matrix and be required to pay a $50 rejoining fee.

An incredible amount of time, money and effort is expended in the operations of PVA.  We have 3 (main) managers, including our programmer, who keep up with the day-to-day tasks.  In addition, time to find, research, test and present Asset Creation Programs is vital to keep PVA progressing into a positive future for all members.  That all said, one of the most important aspects is the ENERGETIC reason – by showing your continued monetary support for PVA, you are vibrating your belief in the work and goals we are accomplishing.  Even though $35 may not be a lot of money, we count it as VITAL, and we hope you realize its importance as we strive to become the HIGHEST QUALITY and MOST beneficial Private Wealth Generation Club the internet has ever seen

How does the compensation plan work with PVA?

Please see the compensation page for more information.  PVA has a very simple and lucrative compensation plan that allows members to create both weekly commissions and residual income.  Of the $199 initiation fee, $75 is paid on Level 1 (personally referred), $50 on Level 2 and $25 on Level 3.  This is a Sponsorship Line payment that is separate from the Matrix.  With just 10 personal referrals that duplicated your efforts, it would pay you $25,750.  In addition, 6% of the $35 monthly fee is also paid on each of 12 levels in your Matrix.  A full 2x12 matrix can pay you over $17,000 USD per month!

What day of the month does PVA payout earnings?

PVA conducts system-wide commissions (the Sponsorship Line earnings received from the initiation fee) once per week.  Requests can be made on Mondays (if that falls on a holiday it will be the next business day) and they will be paid on the next business day (usually Tuesday).  Residual income (the 6% made on the monthly fee) is deposited to your cash balance as part of your monthly membership renewal and will be available for cash-out on the following Monday (unless that day falls on a Monday).  All available funds in the "Cash Balance" may be withdrawn by each member on cashout days and are paid to your Alertpay or SolidTrustPay account.  Please make sure your Alertpay e-mail and SolidTrustPay username is properly posted in the "My Profile" area of your back office.

What about taxes?

Each member is personally responsible for paying taxes on any earnings from PVA or their 3rd party offerings.  No tax receipts of any kind will be issued.

How do I share PVA with my friends and business associates?

When logged in, you will find your personalized referral link on the “Member Home” page.  Send that link to your trusted friends and business associates and let the PVA website do the talking.  In addtion, a PVA approved e-mail that you may send to your prospects is available in the "Refer PVA" section.

How can I contact support if I have a question or concern?

If you cannot find an answer in the FAQ’s or from your sponsor, please contact us by means of e-mail or skype - located under the “Support” tab.

What if I change my mind about becoming a member after I’ve paid?

What happens if I cancel my account or become inactive?

If you are involved with any PVA program, it is required that you pay your $35 monthly dues or risk discontinuance of your participation.  If you become inactive, you will not be able to join any current or new program that may be available.

If you are inactive during the month-end compression of the PVA Matrix, you will also be removed from the Matrix, losing your position and any sponsored members.  Should you decide to rejoin PVA as an active member in the future, you will be placed at the bottom of the Matrix and be required to pay a $50 rejoining fee.

If you wish to cancel your account you may do so in writing at anytime by sending in a support ticket.  All remaining funds in your PVA account will be sent to your Alterpay account immediately and you will NOT receive any future commissions or payouts.  If you have funds in ANY of the listed passive income opportunities, they will be notified to cease profits and your funds will be returned after the stipulated lock-in period (if applicable).  Inactive accounts can be treated similarly.  No commissions will be paid to inactive accounts and after 2 months of inactivity your account can be considered terminated.  Please make sure to keep $35+ in your account at all time to pay for the monthly fee so inactivity and/or loss of commission does not occur.
